What are smartBibles applications?
SmartBibles is the idea behind three android applications that can be found at Google Play. These applications include two Bible apps(SmartBibles and Mbivilia app) and one hymn song application (Mbathi app).
SmartBibles
Smart Bible Reader app is a fast and beautiful offline Bible reader application containing both the Old and the New Testaments of different bible Versions.
Mbivilia App
Mbivilia is the Bible in the Kikamba language. It is commonly known in the same Language as " Maandiko Matheu Ma Ngai" It contains the Old and the New Testament also known as " Utianio Kamba na Utianio Mukuu".
Mbathi App
This is a Kamba hymn book that contains over 400 songs. These songs were written by men of God who were full of the holy spirit and for decades and decades, they have remained relevant.
SmartBibles App.
Smart Bible Reader app is a fast and beautiful offline Bible reader application containing both
the Old and
the New Testaments of different bible Versions.
It is designed with the user in mind and therefore includes great features like:
- inbuilt notes.
- Multiple Versions(NIV, KJV, RSV, ASV).
- Multi-verse selection.
- Bookmarks.
The contents users create: including Notes, Bookmarks, Highlights, and Favorite verses are
backed up in our servers so that when one changes devices or loses their phones,
they do not lose their beautiful notes.
With the advanced notes a user can add a verse or many verses directly to the notes. A note can
be shared fully on any sharing platform.
This version also includes the sharing of verses as images, making it a nice option for those
who love Instagram.
Mbivilia App
Mbivilia is the Bible in the Kikamba language. It is commonly known in the same Language as " Maandiko Matheu Ma Ngai" It contains the Old and the New Testament also known as " Utianio Mukuu na Utianio Mweu" in kikamba.
Similar to SmartBibles, the Mbivilia app contains all features contained in the smartBibles app except it has additional kikamba version of the bible. This version makes it special as it is only understood by those that know kikamba. However one could aslo use the other english versions such as NIV, KJV, RSV, AKJV, and even Kiswahili and many more.
It is only available for Android.
Mbathi
This is a Kamba hymn book that contains over 400 songs. These songs were written by men of God who
were full of the holy spirit and for decades and decades, they have remained relevant.
The application contains several features that makes it more interractive. they include:
- Advanced search for songs (just type the hymn number).
- You can add your favourite hymn to favourites list
- You can easily adjust font according to your preference..
The power they bore is still evident even today.
