When you register for an account on smartbible app, Kamba Bible app or Mbathi app, we collect certain personal information from you, including your phone number and email address. This information is necessary for account creation and to provide you with access to our services. Smart bible app and Kamba Bible app allows you to bookmark verses, write notes and highlight verses as well as back up the data on our servers. Users who choose to upgrade to premium have their notes, bookmarks, highlights and fav verses backed up in our servers. When registering, the phone number collected is send to our authentication server on https://apis.smartbs.co.ke for verification and OTP generation.
